CoreNet Global to Move Headquarters

CoreNet Global, a major international association for corporate real estate professionals, is moving its Atlanta headquarters.

Members have been invited to lend their expertise in building out the new space on the 30th floor of the 51-story Georgia-Pacific Center downtown. More than 50 companies have helped design the workspace.

The association is expected to move out of its current digs at 260 Peachtree St. in July. The move will reduce the area in use from 12,000 to less than 10,000 square feet while customizing the new space for the organization's use.

Flexibility on the floor plan, competitive lease rates and renovation of the public spaces in the Georgia-Pacific building helped spur the move, according to a news release. The new lease is a seven-year term.
